Delivery: Lessee
grants Lessor the right to enter location for
delivery and return for pick up of all equipment. Payment must be made at time
of delivery, along with any delivery charge applicable to the area where equipment
is delivered.
Electrical Service:
Lessee must furnish an electrical outlet rated at 115 volts with a minimum
SLO-BLO 20 amp fuse or breaker. This outlet must be located within fifty feet
of each unit (and without any other electrical device in operation). Voltage at
blower motor must be 110 volts (otherwise blower motor may overheat). To
maintain voltage at 110 volts, an extension cord no longer than one-hundred
feet is to be used to prevent blower damage.
Unit Set Up: This
Jumper or Obstacle Course must be operated on a level and smooth surface. Do
not set up on rough surface. Remove all rocks, sticks, bricks, glass or any
other jagged or sharp objects from the area. Unit must be positioned at least
four feet from any pool.
*In case of heavy winds or inclement weather,
please unplug unit from outlet; otherwise, leave the unit plugged in to the
outlet*
Operation: ADULT
SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES! Observe all rules on this contract, with
emphasis on compatible rider sizes and weights. Variable age groups and rider
sizes must not be mixed as injury may occur. Lessee acknowledges this rule and
promises to prevent varying age groups and jumper sizes from playing in unit at
the same tie. No horse playing, sharp objects, food, drinks, balloons, bubbles,
etc. in this unit.
Release of Liability: Lessee assumes all responsibility of
jumpers on this unit while under contract with Lessor.
Lessee also releases Lessor from any liability from
an injury occurring in this unit while in possession of unit. Lessee further
acknowledges that Lessee assumes total liability and responsibility for any
injury claims against this inflatable unit while in possession of unit.
LESSOR IS NOT RESONSIBLE FOR INJURIES TO JUMPERS

Terms of Lease: The Lessee or using party shall be in charge of operation and is fully responsible for unit’s operation after receiving unit. Humpty Jumpty Rentals LLC is not responsible for any injuries occurring to Lessee or any persons using the leased property. Lessee further agrees to hold Lessor free and harmless against any claims. Furthermore, Lessor shall be indemnified for any and all cost incurred due to claims from anyone, including court and attorney fees and any other related costs involving the use of the leased equipment. Lessee shall provide own liability insurance to cover any and all claims. Lessee is responsible for the replacement value of the new leased equipment in the event of theft, vandalism, fire or any act which may damage or destroy the leased property.
